PENGUKURAN KESIAPAN ADOPSI TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI (IT ADOPTION) PADA PERANGKAT DESA GELEBAK DALAM KECAMATAN RAMBUTAN KABUPATEN BANYUASIN DENGAN METODE PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL E-READINESS (POER)
This research aims to measure the level of readiness for information technology (IT) adoption among the officials of Gelebak Dalam Village, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province, using the Perceived Organizational E-Readiness (POER) method. This method consists of six main dimensions, namely Technological Resources, Organizational Resources, Human Resources, Governance and Policy, Commitment and Awareness, and Knowledge and Attitude. The study involved 12 respondents representing all village officials. The results showed that the Knowledge and Awareness dimension scored 4.57, Commitment and Awareness scored 4.35, Technological Resources scored 3.88, Organizational Resources scored 3.43, Governance and Policy scored 3.12, and Human Resources scored 3.00. Overall, Gelebak Dalam Village can be categorized as “Ready” to adopt information technology, with an overall average score of 3.72. These results indicate that the village officials have demonstrated a relatively high level of readiness to transform toward a digital-based governance system. However, strengthening human resource capacity and developing supporting policies are still needed to ensure that the implementation of digitalization can be carried out more effectively and sustainably.
