PERAN PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPPORT TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT PADA KARYAWAN YANG PINDAH KERJA
The purpose of this study was to determine the role of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment in employee that changed jobs. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a role of perceived organizational support on organizational commitment in employee that changed jobs. The population in this study were employee that changed jobs. The number of samples in this study was 215 employees aged 21-64 who had changed jobs and 51 respondents for the trial (try out). Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique. This study used a measuring instrument that refers to the perceived organizational support factors of Rhoades and Eisenberger (2002) and the organizational commitment aspect of Mowday, Steers and Porter (1979).
