ANALISIS PENERIMAAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI BIBIT PADA GENERASI Z MENGGUNAKAN MODEL EXTENDING UTAUT2
Bibit is a widely used digital investment application among Generation Z, offering mutual funds, stocks, and bonds through features such as Robo Advisor and Bibit Plus. As digital investment adoption grows, understanding the factors that influence Gen Z’s acceptance of Bibit becomes increasingly important. This study applies the Extending UTAUT2 model, which includes Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Price Value, Habit, and Personal Innovativeness in IT, to examine their effects on Behavioral Intention and Use Behavior.Data were collected from 122 Generation Z users in Palembang through an online questionnaire and analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4. The results show that most variables significantly influence Behavioral Intention, particularly Performance Expectancy, Social Influence, Hedonic Motivation, Habit, and Personal Innovativeness in IT. Additionally, Habit, and Behavioral Intention significantly affect Use Behavior.
