ANALISIS PERILAKU KESELAMATAN OPERASIONAL ANGKOT FEEDER LRT KOTA PALEMBANG
Public transportation is an important means of supporting various community activities in Palembang City. One mode of transportation in this city is conventional public transportation, which has a low level of driver safety behavior and often causes traffic accidents. To overcome this problem, the government provides integrated public transportation, namely LRT feeder public transportation with the Buy The Service (BTS) scheme. This research aims to assess the behavior of Palembang City LRT feeder public transportation drivers using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Smart-PLS software, by considering factors that influence safety behavior, namely safety training, safety knowledge, safety management, and personal awareness of safety practices. . Based on a survey of 102 respondents, it was found that safety training, safety management, and personal awareness of safety practices have a significant positive influence on safety behavior. Based on the results of the goodness of fit analysis carried out, the chi-square value was 10.43 with a p-value of 0.05 indicating the significance of the variable. In particular, the RMSEA value of 0.017 indicates a strong suitability to the observation data. In addition, the NFI, CFI, GFI, and AGFI values are 0.989, 0.981, 0.922, and 0.945 respectively, indicating that the evaluated model has a high level of fit and is reliable in representing the covariance structure in this study.
