PENGUKURAN KUALITAS PENGALAMAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI MYPERTAMINA DENGAN PENDEKATAN SUS DAN UMUX-LITE
The rapid growth of digital public services highlights the importance of applications with high usability to support effective user interaction. MyPertamina, a platform for fuel payments and subsidy services, has received various user complaints related to navigation clarity, registration procedures, and overall usage flow. This study aims to evaluate the user experience quality of the MyPertamina application using two standardized instruments: the System Usability Scale (SUS) and the Usability Metric for User Experience–Lite (UMUX-Lite). A descriptive quantitative method was used, with data collected through an online questionnaire involving 107 active users in the Palembang area. The SUS results show an average score of 78.36 in the Good category, indicating that users generally find the application easy and efficient to operate. Meanwhile, the UMUX-Lite score averages 77.28, categorized as Excellent, suggesting that the application meets user needs and provides a comfortable digital transaction experience. The consistency of both instruments confirms that MyPertamina has a good overall level of usability. However, improvements are still needed, particularly in the registration process that redirects users to an external browser and navigation flows that some users find confusing. These findings are expected to guide further development to enhance usability and overall user experience.
