The implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) in schools is important to help improve teacher performance and to determine the level of teacher readiness before implementation begins. This study provides a sufficient basis for schools to plan the effective implementation of LMS. This study aims to determine the extent to which teachers at SDN 2 Betung are ready and accept the use of the Learning Management System (LMS) using the TRAM method. The analysis was carried out by calculating the average of the seven TRAM dimensions, namely optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, insecurity, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and intention to use, to determine the category of technology adoption readiness. The results of the study show that the LMS adoption readiness score of 3.21 is in the moderate category, indicating that teachers at SDN 2 Betung are sufficiently ready to implement LMS, although they have not yet reached the optimal level.
