MEASURING THE READINESS TO ADOPT THE VILLAGE ASSET MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (SIPADES) INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN EAST OGAN KOMERING ULU REGENCY USING THE COMMUNITY READINESS MODEL By Nur Annisa Basulina 09031182227022 ABSTRACT Village asset management is an important aspect in improving the accuracy and transparency of village administration. To support this process, the Village Asset Management System (SIPADES) was developed as a digital solution. However, its implementation still faces obstacles influenced by differences in technological capabilities, culture, and educational backgrounds of village officials, resulting in uneven levels of adoption readiness. Therefore, this study aims to measure the level of community readiness to adopt SIPADES in East Ogan Komering Ulu Regency using the Community Readiness Model (CRM) method, which includes six assessment dimensions, namely Community Efforts, Community Knowledge of the Efforts, Leadership, Community Climate, Community Knowledge about the Issue, and Resources Related to the Issue. Data were obtained through questionnaires administered to 173 respondents and analyzed to determine the level of community readiness. The results of the study showed a total score of 3.80, which is at the initiation stage, with the highest score in the Leadership dimension (4.07) and the lowest in Community Knowledge of the Efforts (3.28). This shows that community readiness is still at an early stage and requires increased socialization, education, and assistance so that the implementation of SIPADES can be more optimal. Keywords: Community Readiness, SIPADES, Community Readiness Model, Technology Adoption
