PENGARUH KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT DAN DIGITAL COMPETENCE TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN MELALUI MEDIASI INNOVATIVE WORK BEHAVIOR (STUDI KASUS : CV. MULTIKARYA IMPESSA)
Rapid technological changes in the Industry 5.0 era have made digital knowledge and skills more important. There are inconsistent results in previous studies. Based on the Knowledge-Based View (KBV) theory, this study analyzes how knowledge management and digital competence directly and indirectly affect employee performance through innovative work behavior. Data were obtained through a questionnaire that was compiled and analyzed using the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method. The research sample consisted of 56 respondents. This study found that KM has a significant impact on IWB (p < 0.05), but does not have a significant direct impact on KK (p > 0.05). DC has a significant impact on KK (p < 0.05), but does not have a significant impact on IWB (p > 0.05). IWB plays an important role in improving KK and also mediates the relationship between KM and KK. This study reinforces KBV theory by showing that KM improves performance mainly through indirect mechanisms and that digital competence plays a limited role, while also providing practical implications for HR to design performance systems that encourage innovative behavior to improve productivity and service quality.
