Rumah BUMN is a forum for BUMNs to gather, teach and develop UMKM to become quality Indonesian UMKMs. Rumah BUMN has the aim of encouraging UMKM players to move up in class through digitalization. This research aims to achieve understanding, knowledge and information regarding the benefits of Rumah BUMN in facilitating the creativity of UMKMs in Ogan Komering Ulu. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research design aimed at describing and explaining the conditions and realities that occur in society. Then the results of this research were written so that we could find out the Empowerment Strategy for the Rumah BUMN Baturaja Program in facilitating the creativity of UMKMs in Ogan Komering Ulu. The results of this research show that the empowerment strategy for the Rumah BUMN Baturaja program in facilitating the creativity of UMKMs in Ogan Komering Ulu is divided into three, namely the Rumah BUMN Baturaja strategy to create an atmosphere that allows UMKMs to develop optimally, the Rumah BUMN Baturaja strategy to strengthen the knowledge and ability of UMKMs in dealing with problems. that emerged, and the strategy of Rumah BUMN Baturaja in providing support to UMKMs. Then there are the inhibiting factors in implementing the Baturaja BUMN housing empowerment strategy for UMKMs in Ogan Komering Ulu, namely obstacles in introducing technology and obstacles in holding meetings.
