The results of the study show that individual income has a positive but not significant effect on education mismatch. Age and gender have a significant effect, where age has a negative effect and gender (female) tends to be more at risk of mismatch. Meanwhile, marital status does not have a significant effect on education mismatch in the tourism sector of Pagar Alam City.
