Analyzed through Nan Lin's social capital theory, the study identifies key forms of social capital utilized by the community: (1) mutual cooperation in cleaning, recycling, and gardening, (2) norms such as environmental cleanliness, (3) networks with local government, the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, and PT. Kilang Pertamina's CSR, (4) trust in proper fund allocation, (5) reciprocity through plant seed exchanges and CSR support, and (6) proactive community engagement in learning and empowerment programs.
