TOPIC MODELLING PEMBERITAAN KASUS KDRT LESTI KEJORA DAN RIZKY BILLAR PADA DETIK.COM DAN TRIBUNNEWS

This research was conducted to find out what topics exist in the reporting of Lesti Kejora and Rizky Billar's domestic violence cases on online media Detik.com and Tribunnews. The analysis was conducted by comparing two periods, namely before and after Lesti Kejora withdrew the report. With the help of Octoparse and Voyant Tools, the researcher obtained a total of 2,110 news articles written between September 2022 and November 2022, with a total of 1,279 articles from Detik.com and 831 articles from Tribunnews. And by using the qualitative content analysis method and topic modeling technique, the researcher identified ten-main topics that appeared in the news. The results of this study reveal that the comparison of the news coverage of the two periods and between the two media, Detik.com and Tribunnews, looks quite significant. It can be concluded that each period and media have their own characteristics for the news written. Keywords: comparison, media online, topic modelling
