This study aims to determine the effect of audit fees, leadership style, and work stress on audit performance (empirical study on KAP in Palembang City). This thesis uses primary data collected through distributing questionnaires to auditors at the Palembang City Public Accounting Office who are actively working with a total sample of 47 respondents. This research uses a quantitative approach and is measured using multiple linear analysis methods. The results of this research show that audit fees influence auditor performance, leadership style influences auditor performance, and work stress influences auditor performance.
