One of the important functions in maintaining smooth cash flow and company sustainability, especially in business relations between large companies and the Government such as (PT. PLN, POLRI, TNI) and Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional South Sumatra and. The BMP receivables collection system is used to ensure payments are made on time according to the contract. Receivables collection begins with the issuance and sending of an invoice to PT. PLN, POLRI and TNI with details of BMP purchase transactions. After that, the system will monitor payment due dates and provide periodic reminders to prevent late payments. To ensure data accuracy and efficient process implementation, billing is supported by an integrated information system. Several components, such as clear communication between parties, the use of enabling technology, and policies that set clear payment deadlines, ensure that these mechanisms function well.
