The author's goal in building an Outpatient Information System at Stikes Al-Su'Aibah Palembang is to make it easier for patients to register and administer outpatient registration. In addition, the system will make it easier for administrators to register and manage outpatient data. Currently, the waterfall model is the most common software development model. This development model uses a sequential approach. Because each stage must wait for the previous stage to be completed, it is called "waterfall". This development model runs linearly from the planning stage (the initial stage of system development) to the maintenance stage (the final stage of system development). After conducting a comprehensive study, as well as the design and development process, the application system proceeds to the code writing stage. The system was created effectively, with few difficulties encountered. Thus, it can be said that the main objective of this application to improve the quality of medical services offered by Al-Su''aibah Clinic Palembang has been achieved.The author draws the conclusion that this application offers several significant advantages based on the results of research conducted at Al Su''aibah Clinic Palembang, . By simplifying the online registration procedure, this application can improve patient service by eliminating the need for patients to queue and allowing patients to register anytime and from anywhere.
