ANALISIS DATA SEKUNDER : PELAPORAN INDIKATOR NASIONAL MUTU (INM) PADA PUSKESMAS SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH AKREDITASI DI INDONESIA
National Quality Indicator (INM) reporting and accreditation are forms of quality improvement for community health centers (Puskesmas). In practice, there are several challenges encountered by Puskesmas in implementing INM reporting, which are feared to affect the quality of Puskesmas services. The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in INM reporting by Puskesmas before and after accreditation. This study is a quantitative descriptive-analytical approach using secondary data from INM reporting by puskesmas. The sample for this study consists of 2,414 puskesmas from 38 provinces in Indonesia. In this study, data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon non-parametric test, the Kruskal-Wallis non-parametric test, and spatial analysis. Univariate results showed a decrease in the average INM reporting of puskesmas from 92.39% before accreditation to 74.84% after accreditation.
