The aim of this study was to determine the role of hardiness on career adaptability in workers with horizontal educational mismatch. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a role of hardiness on career adaptability in workers with horizontal educational mismatch. The subjects in this study were 100 workers who were experiencing horizontal educational mismatch. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. This study uses measuring instruments that refer to the dimensions of hardiness from Kobasa, Maddi, & Kahn (1982) and the dimensions of career adaptability from Savickas & Porfeli (2012).
