PERAN JOB CRAFTING DAN ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT TERHADAP READINESS FOR CHANGE PADA KARYAWAN STARTUP
The purpose of this research is to determine the role of job crafting and organizational commitment on readiness for change in startup employees. The hypothesis used in this study is that there is a role of job crafting and organizational commitment to readiness for change in startup employees. The population used in this study are permanent employees who work in startup companies that have been established for 1 - 5 years. Researchers used purposive sampling technique. In this study, the measuring instrument used is based on the dimensions of readiness for change from Holt, Helfrich, Hall & Weiner (2010), the dimensions of job crafting from Tims, Bakker, and Derks (2012) and aspects of organizational commitment from Mowday, Steers & Porter (1979). This study uses multiple regression analysis techniques.
