SISTEM HIDROPONIK APUNG MENGGUNAKAN POMPA VENTURI TIPE DRIBBEL BARS PADA TANAMAN PAKCOY (Brassica rapa L.)
The study aims to modify the design of water circulation systems on hydroponics using venturi pump type dribbel bars so that it can increase the content of dissolved oxygen to optimal output. This research has been conducted from February 2024 until April 2024 at the Plant House of the Agricultural Engineering Studies Program, Department of Agricultural Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sriwijaya, Indralaya, South Sumatra. The research method used was descriptive to modify the oxygen circulation system in hydroponics using DFT pipes with venturi pump type dribbel bars and observing the reaction of plants to hydrophobics to the content of dissolved oxyge in water and nutrients. The parameters of this study consist of (dissolved oxygen (DO), flow discharge, actual evapotranpiration, electric energy (kWh), air temperature, air humidity, and wind speed) and crop production. (plant height, number of leaves, root length and plant fresh weight). The results of the study showed that the venturi pump design of the dribbel bars can increase the oxygen deficiency in the hydroponic pakcoy plants from 3.6 mg/l to 7.4 mg/L. The Pakcoy plant yield is 25.5 cm (L5), the number of leaves is 18 strands (L 5), the root length is 15.6cm (L2) and the fresh weight of the plant is 80.2 g. (L 4 ).
