HUBUNGAN ANTARA SELF ESTEEM DENGAN FEAR OF FAILURE PADA FRESH GRADUATE YANG MENCARI KERJA
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self esteem and fear of failure in fresh graduates currently seeking a job. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a relationship between self esteem and fear of failure in fresh graduates who are looking for work. The population in this study were fresh graduates currently seeking a job. The number of samples in this study were 218 fresh graduates currently seeking a job and 60 fresh graduates currently seeking a job to try out. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. This study uses measuring instruments that refer to aspects of fear of failure from Conroy (2001) and aspects of self esteem from Coopersmith (1967). Correlation testing in this study uses pearson's product moment analysis technique.
