MODEL HETEROGENEOUS FLEET VEHICLE ROUTING PROBLEM UNTUK MENYELESAIKAN PENDISTRIBUSIAN AYAM POTONG
Hidayat Chicken Slaughter House (RPA HDT) is a business that supplies broilers in the city of Palembang which has several restaurant customers spread from the city of Palembang to the city of Banyuasin. RPA HDT serves 9 restaurants by L300 Pickup Cars, 5 restaurants by Honda Vario Motorbikes, and 5 restaurants by Honda Revo Motorbikes. The aim of this research is to minimize the distribution distance for broilers based on the heterogeneous fleet vehicle routing problem (HVRP) model. The HVRP model was completed using LINGO 19.0 software. The route for distributing broilers using L300 Pickup Cars is the first sub route, namely RPA HDT – RM. Djamin – RM. Padang Solok – RPA HDT with a minimum distance of 9.5 km and the second sub route, namely RPA HDT – RM. Telaga Mas – RM. Bareh Solok – RM. Soponyono – RM. Minang Menanti – RM. Ayam Penyet Suroboyo – RM. Baselero – RM. Geprek and Pecel Lele Wong Telu – RPA HDT with a minimum distance of 39.9 km. The first sub route for distributing broilers using Honda Vario Motorbikes was obtained, namely RPA HDT – RM. Heri “Sinar Tanjung” – RPA HDT with a minimum distance of 0.26 km and the second sub route, namely RPA HDT – RM. Mata Air – RM. Duta Minang – RM. Putra Minang – RM. Bintang Kejora Jaya – RPA HDT with a minimum distance of 38.5 km. The first sub route for distributing broilers using Honda Revo Motorbikes was obtained, namely RPA HDT – RM. Chania – RM. Wisata II – RPA HDT with a minimum distance of 10.8 km and the second sub route, namely RPA HDT – RM. Awak Juo – RM. Padang Aditia – RM. Hijrah Minang – RPA HDT with a minimum distance of 22.2 km.
