PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI SISTEM INFORMASI KEARSIPAN DINAMIS TERINTEGRASI (SRIKANDI) BERBASIS PENYIMPANAN ARSIP PADA BAGIAN KERJASAMA SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KOTA PALEMBANG

Abstract: This study aims to determine the use of the Integrated Dynamic Archive Information System (SRIKANDI) application based on archive storage in the Palembang City Regional Secretariat Cooperation Section. In the Cooperation Section of the Palembang City Regional Secretariat, the use of the SRIKANDI application is only carried out as a fulfillment of obligations and does not become a reference in carrying out daily archive storage so that it does not facilitate electronic-based archive storage. This research was analyzed using the theory of Integrated Dynamic Archive Information System indicators of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation Number 4 of 2021 concerning electronic-based archive storage, through the technological dimension, organizational dimension, and human resource dimension. The research method used is qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that the use of the SRIKANDI application in the Palembang City Regional Secretariat Cooperation Section has not optimally used the SRIKANDI application properly. With the existence of ANRI regulation No. 4 2021, it has not made the Palembang City Regional Secretariat Cooperation Section store archives electronically, the City Regional Secretariat Cooperation Section still stores archives manually. So there needs to be an effort to conduct an evaluation that is useful for increasing the use of the SRIKANDI application.
