PERBEDAAN VOLUME OF OXYGEN MAXIMAL ATLET KARATE LAKI-LAKI DAN PEREMPUAN DI DOJO KUDAM

This research aims to determine the results of VO2Max Karate Athlete at Dojo Kudam. The method used in this research is a survey method by coming directly to the training site. then do it. The data collection technique in this research is by providing tests and measurements to the research sample. The sample in this research uses a total sampling method, namely the entire population is used as a research sample, totaling 20 athletes consisting of 10 male athletes and 10 female athletes. This research uses an instrument in the form of the MFT test (Multistage Fitness Test / Bleep Test) to determine VO results2Max Karate Athlete at Dojo Kudam. From the results of data processing and data analysis using descriptive percentage data analysis using descriptive and statistical analysis. Based on the data obtained, the test results of the 10 male athletes who received poor physical condition criteria were 3 people, 5 people who got good criteria and 2 people who got very good criteria, it can be concluded that the VO results2Max is a male athlete at Dojo Kudam in the medium category. Meanwhile, the test results of the 10 female athletes who received poor physical condition criteria were 2 people, 6 people who got good criteria and 2 people who got very good criteria, it can be concluded that the VO results2Max is a female athlete at Dojo Kudam in the medium category. Apart from that, from the Kolmogrov Smirnov normality test, the significance value of the VO results2The male athlete's max is 0.200 > 0.05, so it can be concluded that the residual value is normally distributed, the significance value of the VO results2The female athlete's max is 0.512 > 0.05, so it can be concluded that the residual value is normally distributed, thus it can be concluded that the data obtained after data collection was carried out to determine the VO results2Max Dojo Kudam athletes have a normal distribution, so it can be concluded that the results of VO2Max Karate Athlete at Dojo Kudam is in fair condition and has normal distribution
