ANALISIS USABILITY PADA APLIKASI KEBUGARAN STRAVA MENGGUNAKAN POST STUDY SYSTEM USABILITY QUESTIONNAIRE (PSSUQ) DAN RETROSPECTIVE THINK ALOUD (RTA)
This study aims to evaluate the usability level of the Strava fitness application using the Post-Study System Usability Questionnaire (PSSUQ) and the Retrospective Think Aloud (RTA) method. A total of 128 respondents completed the PSSUQ questionnaire, while five respondents participated in RTA sessions to provide qualitative insights into their user experience. The analysis shows that Strava has a very good level of usability, with SysUse, InfoQual, InterQual, and Overall scores of 1.98, 2.22, 2.08, and 2.09 respectively, all of which fall below the PSSUQ normative thresholds. These results indicate that the application is easy to use, provides clear information, and offers a comfortable interface. The qualitative findings from RTA support these results, as most users did not encounter significant obstacles, although minor issues such as GPS connectivity and the less intuitive friend-adding icon were noted. Overall, Strava is considered to have good usability, while still requiring improvements in navigation and feature stability.
