PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL (PNS) SEKRETARIAT DAERAH KOTA PALEMBANG
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of influence of organizational culture variables using goal-oriented dimensions and employee-oriented dimensions, organizational commitment variables using the dimensions of affective commitment; normative commitment; and continuance commitment, on job satisfaction using the dimensions of hygiene factors and motivation factors. The approach method used in this research is quantitative with data collection using a questionnaire with valid and reliable instruments. Multiple linear regression is used as a data analysis technique. The sample of this study amounted to 150 civil servants (PNS). This study found that the organizational culture variable has a partial and significant effect on job satisfaction with a t value of 3,439 > t table value of 1.976 and sig value. 0.00 < sig value. 0,05. The organizational commitment variable has a partial and significant effect on job satisfaction with a t value of 2,586 > t table value of 1.976 and a sig value. 0.01 < sig value. 0,05. Meanwhile, the organizational culture and organizational commitment variables simultaneously and significantly affect the job satisfaction variable with the value of f count 10,485 > f table value 3.057 and sig value. 0.00 < sig value. 0,05.
