ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI JENIS MIGRAIN PADA PASIEN PEREMPUAN DI RSUP DR. MOHAMMAD HOESIN PALEMBANG
Background: Migraine is one of the primary neurological disorders characterized by throbbing headache with or without aura symptoms. Globally, migraine affects approximately 10-14% of the population with higher prevalence in women compared to men at a ratio of 18.9% versus 9.8%. Various factors are known to play a role in migraine occurrence, including age, residence, occupational status, family history, menstrual status, and pregnancy status. Methods: This study used an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach based on medical records. The study population consisted of female patients diagnosed with migraine at Dr. Mohammad Hoesin General Hospital during the period of June 2021–June 2025. Sampling was conducted using total sampling technique, yielding 94 samples that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria.
