Background: Diabetic foot ulcer is a serious complication of diabetes mellitus that can lead to amputation and increase morbidity and mortality rates. PEDIS (Perfusion, Extent, Depth, Infection, Sensation) Score is a classification system developed by the International Working Group on the Diabetic Foot (IWGDF) to assess the severity of diabetic foot ulcers and predict prognosis. This study aims to determine the relationship between PEDIS Score values and diabetic foot prognosis at Dr. Mohammad Hoesin General Hospital Palembang. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional design involving 43 diabetic foot ulcer patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data were collected through interviews and physical examinations to calculate PEDIS Scores, then patients were grouped based on mild (score 0-7) and severe (score 8-12) categories.
