UPAYA PENANGGULANGAN PENYELUNDUPAN NARKOBA LINTAS BATAS NEGARA DI BALI PADA TAHUN 2020-2021

Bali is the most popular tourist destination in Indonesia, both domestically and internationally, resulting a significant influx of narcotics. Research design is a strategy chosen by researchers to fully integrate and discuss research components logically and systematically, and analyze what is at the center of the research. The type of research conducted here is descriptive research. The head of BNNP (Bali Provincial National Narcotics Agency) stated that Bali was in a drug emergency in 2020, despite access restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic. From the aspects of speech act indicators, audience, referent object, existential threat, and extraordinary measures, it can be concluded that efforts to tackle cross-border drug smuggling Bali 2020-2021 by the Bali Provincial BNN indicate that drug control policies are crucial for every country and must be stopped immediately. Although BNN and the government have made efforts to stop the circulation of narcotics, smugglers still find new ways smuggle these illicit goods.
