PERAN GRIT TERHADAP SUBJECTIVE WELL-BEING PADA PENGANGGURAN PRIA

The aim of this research is to determine the role of grit on subjective well-being and its components in male unemployment. There are 4 hypotheses in this research, there is the role of grit on subjective well-being and the components of subjective well-being (pleasant affect, unpleasant affect, life satisfaction) in unemployed men. The sample in this study was 200 unemployed married men. Meanwhile, the samples for try out was 60 people. Sampling in this research used purposive sampling technique. The subjective well-being variable was measured using a scale compiled by researchers referring to the components proposed by Diener, et.al. (1999). To measure the grit variable, researchers used a grit scale prepared by researchers referring to the dimensions proposed by Duckworth, et. al. (2007).
