Background: Retinoblastoma is the most common intraocular malignancy in children and remains associated with high mortality in developing countries due to delayed diagnosis and limited access to care. Epidemiological data in Indonesia, especially in Palembang, are limited. This study aimed to describe the prevalence and characteristics of retinoblastoma patients at Mohammad Hoesin General Hospital Palembang. Methods: A descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted using total sampling of medical records of patients diagnosed with retinoblastoma (ICD-10 C69.2) from January 2019 to July 2025.
