ABSTRACT Analysis of Internal Communication Implementation on Employee Loyalty at CV. Adminpro Mitra Sukses Bersama in Karimun Regency This study aims to analyze the impact of internal communication on employee loyalty at CV. Adminpro Mitra Sukses Bersama in Karimun Regency, using Employee Engagement Theory as the theoretical framework. The applied methodology is qualitative descriptive, involving in-depth interviews, direct observation of informants, and literature analysis. The results indicate that internal communication at CV. Adminpro Mitra Sukses Bersama is generally effective, with clear messaging and adequate communication frequency through emails, meetings, and announcements. However, there are deficiencies in the responsiveness to employee feedback, especially during sudden changes.Managerial support is also found to be crucial in enhancing employee loyalty. Employees feel valued and supported through regular feedback, although guidance needs to be better tailored to individual needs and strategic aspects. Employee involvement in decision-making enhances their sense of ownership and commitment to the company. Employees feel more connected and motivated when they can actively participate in work processes. Employee loyalty is influenced by a positive work environment, career development opportunities, and effective internal communication. A significant decrease in resignation rates over recent months indicates that the company's recent initiatives, such as career development programs and improvements in communication systems, have successfully increased employee satisfaction and loyalty. These findings underscore the importance of effective internal communication and managerial support in strengthening loyalty and reducing employee turnover. Keywords: Internal Communication, Employee Engagement Theory, Employee Loyalty
