This study is entitled "Health Service Communication Patterns in Mitigating Endemic Diseases in Palembang City", with the focus location being at the Dempo Ilir Timur I Health Center." The purpose of this study is "To determine the pattern of health service communication at the Dempo Health Center in dealing with endemic dengue fever in Palembang City. The theory used belongs to Matthew Seeger, so the focus is on the communication process carried out by the government or agencies (i.e. hospitals, health centers/clinics) to overcome endemic diseases in the community environment. Used in the Crisis and Emergency Risk Communication model or Crisis and Emergency Risk Communication (CERC), (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention). This research approach uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The researcher found that the communication pattern carried out was quite good, but there was a deficiency, namely that the Dempo Health Center, Ilir Timur 1 District did not have a new communication pattern strategy, they only repeated what had been done before, such as socialization through online media and billboards on the side of the road.
