PERAN REGULASI EMOSI TERHADAP SELF CRITICISM PADA REMAJA KORBAN BULLYING RELASIONAL
The purpose of this study was to determine the role of emotional regulation on self-criticism in adolescent victims of relational bullying. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a role of emotional regulation on self-criticism in adolescent victims of relational bullying. The population in this study were adolescent victims of relational bullying. The number of samples in this study was 213 adolescents aged 18-21 who had experienced behavior such as being spread gossip, told secrets, spread rumors about themselves, and being ostracized by others and 66 respondents for the trial (try out). Sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique. This study uses a measuring instrument that refers to the emotional regulation aspect of Gross and Thompson (2007) with a reliability value of 0.894 and the self-criticism aspect of Gilbert (2004) with a reliability value of 0.949.
