HUBUNGAN WORK-LIFE BALANCE TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PADA KARYAWAN PT. BUKIT ASAM TBK UNIT PENAMBANGAN TANJUNG ENIM
This study aims to determine the relationship of work-life balance to job satisfaction of employees of PT Bukit Asam Tbk Tanjung Enim Mining Unit. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction in employees of PT Bukit Asam Tbk Tanjung Enim Mining Unit. Participation in this study were 119 employees and 53 employees for try out with the criteria of PT Bukit Asam Tbk Tanjung Enim Mining Unit employees. Sampling was conducted using nonprobability sampling technique with accidetal form. The work-life balance variable is measured using a psychological scale compiled by researchers who refer to the dimensions proposed by Hudson (2005). Meanwhile, to measure job satisfaction variables, researchers compiled a psychological scale based on the dimensions of Luthans (2011). The results of the correlation analysis show that work-life balance and job satisfaction have a significance value of 0.000 (p>0.05) with a value of r = 0.458. From the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between the two variables. Thus the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted.
