Based on the results of data analysis in this study, it can be concluded that there are two things that influence the motivation of elderly learning in the recitation of Majelis Taklim Al Ikhlas Senuro Village, namely the first is the intrinsic motivation of the elderly, including the desire to further deepen religious knowledge in order to get peace of life, peace of mind, and prepare provisions to face the last day. Second, extrinsic motivation includes distance from home to the recitation location, support from family, and social needs. In non-formal education, education knows no age, any age including the elderly has a developmental task to learn, when learning it will not be affected by senile dementia, the brain will also continue to be sharpened to remember something. This shows that education is not limited to age and ends at the end of school education, but education is a lifelong process that covers the entire time of a person's life. It is necessary to identify the needs of the taklim assembly recitation program regarding the religious learning needs of the elderly in the taklim assembly recitation.
