PERAN SOCIAL CONNECTEDNESS TERHADAP KECEMASAN SOSIAL PADA EMERGING ADULTHOOD KORBAN CYBERBULLYING DI INSTAGRAM
This study aims to determine the role of social connectedness on social anxiety in emerging adulthood victims of cyberbullying. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a role of social connectedness on social anxiety. The population in this study is emerging adult victims of cyberbullying, with sample characteristics aged 18-25 years who have been victims of cyberbullying at least 1 year ago on Instagram. The sample in this study amounted to 200 people. Meanwhile, the number of respondents for the trial amounted to 55 people. Sampling in this study was carried out using purposive sampling technique. The measuring instrument used is a scale that researchers compile, the social anxiety scale researchers compile by referring to the dimensions of social anxiety from Alkis, Kadirhan, and Sat (2017) with a reliability of 0.890 and the social connectedness scale researchers compile referring to the social connectedness aspects of Lee and Robbins (1995) with a reliability of 0.923. Data analysis in this study used simple linear regression analysis techniques.
