KETIDAKADILAN GENDER PADA NOVEL PEREMPUAN YANG MENANGIS KEPADA BULAN HITAM KARYA DIAN PURNOMO DAN IMPLIKASINYA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN SASTRA INDONESIA

This study aims to present forms of gender injustice in the novel Perempuan yang Menangis kepada Bulan Hitam, and the implications of the research results in learning Indonesian Literature. The research method is descriptive qualitative. The data source and data are in the form of the novel Perempuan yang Menangis kepada Bulan Hitam by Dian Purnomo which contains forms of gender injustice. Data collection techniques are in the form of reading techniques and note-taking techniques. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques are in the form of data classification, data entry, data description, and conclusions. Based on the research that has been conducted, 20 data forms of gender injustice were found. Learning novels in high school is related to basic competency 3.9, namely analyzing the content and language of novels discussed in class XII semester 1. The implications of the research results in learning Indonesian literature are as a means of self-development, overcoming various forms of gender injustice in schools, especially sexual harassment so that no one becomes a victim anymore, as well as opening the minds of students and teachers to women so that there is a balance in the positions of men and women.
