This research aims to understand the benefits of the Exchange program used as a tool in modern diplomacy by Kementerian Pemuda dan Olahraga. Additionally, it seeks to comprehend the role of the Indonesian Young Ambassadors delegation in the /KYEP program and compare the outputs of these activities within the period of 2018-2022. The research utilizes a descriptive qualitative research method. Data sources include both primary and secondary data. Primary data is gathered through interviews with relevant parties involved in the activities and Kementerian Pemuda dan Olahraga, while secondary data is obtained from activity archives, official websites, news sources, and previous research. The research findings reveal the role of the IKYEP delegation in Nation Branding and Foreign Culture Relations as part of public diplomacy between Indonesia and South Korea, as well as the sustainability of these activities from 2018 to 2022.
