This research focuses on landslide disaster mitigation measures in Siaga Durian Village and the obstacles faced by the village government in mitigating landslides. Natural disasters that often occur in Indonesia, especially in Durian Village, require actions to minimize or deal with disasters to prevent bad things from happening in the future. The aim of this research is to analyze and understand disaster mitigation measures and the obstacles faced when a disaster occurs in Staga Durian Village. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological research strategy. This research uses Max Weber's social action theory. Data was obtained from 1 key informant, 10 main informants and 3 supporting informants through interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research are, there are four village government actions in disaster mitigation, namely as follows; disaster security, disaster monitoring, disaster mitigation education and disaster information notification. ation. In carrying out actions, there are certainly obstacles in the form of; lack of disaster funding budget, limited human resources and lack of public awareness of natural disasters.
