PENGARUH ORGANISASI PEMBELAJAR DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN PT NUTRIFOOD INDONESIA AREA SUMATERA BAGIAN SELATAN (SUMBAGSEL)
This study aims to analyze the effect of learning organization and workload on job satisfaction of PT Nutrifood Indonesia employees in the South Sumatra area (Sumbagsel). The research method used is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study were employees of PT Nutrifood Indonesia in the Southern Sumatra area (Sumbagsel), namely South Sumatra, Lampung and Jambi, totaling 50 people. The sample in this study was taken using saturated sampling technique. This study uses primary data obtained through data collection using a questionnaire. Primary data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that learning organization has a significant positive effect and workload has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction of PT Nutrifood Indonesia employees in the Southern Sumatra area (Sumbagsel). Based on these results, several recommendations are suggested to maintain employee job satisfaction, namely, by continuing to improve the learning organization system and policies. The company should also control the workload given to employees, because workload can be used to measure and determine employee capabilities from the way the assigned tasks are completed.
