This research is entitled "The Effect of Using the E-Sinde Application on the Work Efficiency of Employees at the Education Quality Assurance Center of South Sumatra Province". This research aims to determine the effect of using the E-Sinde application on the work efficiency of employees at the Education Quality Assurance Center of South Sumatra Province. The theory used in this research is the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) and administration theory from The Liang Gie. This research uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 64 employees. The research results show that there is a significant influence of using the E-Sinde application on employee work efficiency. This is proven by the tcount value of 5.725 which is greater than the ttable of 1.998, as well as the significance value (2-tailed) < 0.001 which is smaller than the critical limit α = 0.05.
