PERANCANGAN HOTEL BISNIS DI MUARA ENIM

Muara Enim is one of the regencies in South Sumatra Province, known for having the largest energy resources in Indonesia, including mining, oil, and gas. As a strategic and highly potential region, especially in the energy and mining sectors, it attracts numerous entrepreneur and tourists who come for business-related activities. The increasing number of visitors has led to a growing demand for accommodation that can facilitate business-related activities in Muara Enim. Therefore, a three-star business hotel will be developed, featuring main facilities such as hotel rooms, business-related spaces including meeting rooms and convention halls, as well as supporting facilities like a restaurant, fitness center, and pool bar to meet the needs of incoming guests. Considering that hotels are among the building types with high energy consumption, this hotel will apply an energy efficiency concept, including the use of local materials, south-facing building orientation, and wooden louver shading on each hotel room window.
