Closing the level crossing between the railroad and the highway on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman often causes problems, especially if the crossing is closed when the train passes. The problem that arises is the occurrence of queues and the time the vehicle returns to normal shortly after the crossing door is opened on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, precisely at Prabumulih Market. This study aims to determine the length of queues and delays due to level crossings and to determine the characteristics of road users' origin and destination trips around the crossing. This study uses a field observation method using queuing theory and visum software as modeling. The results of the analysis that the length of the longest Palembang Direction queue at time 16:41:35 was 109 meters long, then Muara Enim Direction with the longest queue at time 16:41:35 was 83 meters long. For the amount of time the largest average delay in the direction of Palembang is 10.8 seconds / vehicle, while from the direction of Muara Enim the largest is 11.1 seconds / vehicle. Then the factors that influence the origin of the trip destination are the majority of people, monthly income, the zone of origin of the trip destination.
