DINAMIKA STABILITAS SISTEM KEUANGAN DI INDONESIA
This study aims to determine the development of financial system stability in Indonesia through the variables of the rupiah exchange rate (exchange rate), Indonesia's foreign exchange reserves, money supply (M2), the population who died due to the co-19 pandemic crisis. The data used is secondary time series data from 2016 to 2023 (monthly units), which is then analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques with ECM (Error Correction Model) analysis tools. The results showed that there was a positive short-term correlation between the independent variable and the dependent variable. Meanwhile, in the long term there are variables of foreign exchange reserves and M2 that affect the exchange rate, while the variable population died due to covid-19 has a significant negative effect on the rupiah exchange rate.
