The aim of this research is to understand and explain the implementation of the village head's role in the Musrenbangdesa activities in Tanjung Lubuk Village, Indralaya Selatan District, Ogan Ilir Regency. This study employs Tjokroamidjojo's theory, which outlines three dimensions of leadership roles: motivator, facilitator, and mobilizer. The research method used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the leadership of the village head in Tanjung Lubuk Village in implementing Musrenbangdesa activities has not been fully optimized. In the dimension of motivator, the support and motivation provided to the community are not yet sufficient, as evidenced by the low participation of both the general community and community leaders. The facilities for conducting Musrenbangdesa are adequate and complete. As a mobilizer, the village head must pay more attention to existing regulations to ensure the smooth running of Musrenbangdesa in Tanjung Lubuk Village.
