PENGARUH INOVASI JEMPUT BOLA TERHADAP KEPUASAN PENYANDANG DISABILITAS DALAM PEREKAMAN E-KTP PADA DINAS KEPENDUDUKAN DAN PENCATATAN SIPIL KOTA PALEMBANG

This study aims to determine how much influence the ball pick-up innovation has on the satisfaction of persons with disabilities in recording E-KTP at the population and civil registration office of Palembang city. The theory of innovation used is the theory according to Rogers, namely relative advantage, suitability, complexity, observability, and ease of observation, while for satisfaction using the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Regulation number 16 of 2014. This research is included in the type of quantitative research using simple linear regression analysis method, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedacity test, i test, and determination coefficient test. The results of this study indicate that partially, ball pickup innovation has a positive and significant effect on the satisfaction of people with disabilities.
