FAKTOR DOMINAN KEBERHASILAN PROGRAM KARANG TARUNA DI DESA MUARA PENIMBUNG ULU

The aim of this research is to determine the factors that most dominantly influence the success of the Karang Taruna program in Muara Penimbung Ulu Village. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by interviews and documentation. The subjects in this research consisted of seven people, namely the village head, secretary, chairman of the youth organization, members of the youth organization, and the local community. The results of the research show that there are three internal factors and two external factors that cause the success of the youth organization program. Internal factors include the involvement of the chairman and members of the youth organization, the youth organization's concern for the environment and surrounding community, as well as the innovation provided by the youth organization to the surrounding community. External factors include support for infrastructure from village government officials and support from the surrounding community in participating in work programs held by Karang Taruna.
