This research is entitled Implementation of the Sexual Violence Prevention and Handling Task Force (PPKS) Program in Handling Sexual Harassment at Sriwijaya University. This research aims to find out, study and analyze the Implementation of the PPKS Task Force Program in Handling Sexual Harassment at Sriwijaya University. This type of research is Qualitative Descriptive using Policy Implementation Theory (George C Edward III) which consists of four dimensions, namely communication, resources, disposition, bureaucratic structure. The data collection method used was direct interviews with the Chair of the PPKS Task Force and members of the PPKS Task Force as well as victims of sexual violence. The results of research on the Implementation of the PPKS Task Force Program in Overcoming Sexual Harassment at Sriwjaya University can be concluded that the Implementation of the PPKS Task Force Program at Sriwijaya University has been successful. However, the resource dimensions of the facility indicators have not been fully fulfilled. In this research, the PPKS Task Force should improve facilities in program services so that it can create a comfortable and adequate atmosphere for every complaint and can provide regular training on issues of sexual violence, empathetic communication and case handling procedures to members of the PPKS Task Force to improve service quality. which are given.
