PERANCANGAN UI/UX APLIKASI PELAYANAN MOBILE PADA KANTOR KECAMATAN KERTAPATI DENGAN METODE HUMAN-CENTERED DESIGN

The current era of technology has developed rapidly by presenting various devices that are used as tools in the process of disseminating information, transactions, and administrative services. Kertapati Sub-district Office is one of the government agencies of Palembang City that provides various public services to the entire community of Kertapati Sub-district. Current services are still carried out in a way that is less effective in carrying out the administrative process, so that a proposal is obtained to build a user interface design that will be used as a reference in the development of an application system with an attractive appearance and easy to use. The method in this study uses Human Centreed Design based on ISO 9421-210: 2019 which moves by understanding the context of the user, determining user needs, creating solution designs, and evaluating designs. Usability Testing uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) approach. The resulting score is 78.61 which indicates this design is feasible to develop.
