ANALISIS DIMENSI PRODUCT QUALITY TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN PADA SKINCARE MS GLOW (STUDI PADA MASYARAKAT KOTA PALEMBANG)
Product quality is the overall combination of characteristics of products and services from marketing that makes the products and services used to meet consumer expectations. This research aims to determine the effect of product quality on the purchasing decisions of MS Glow skincare in the people of palembang city. The research methodology used in this study employs purposive sampling, and the type of research utilized is a quantitative method. The sampling technique used involves 100 respondents. The population in the people of palembang city. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents, using multiple linear regression. The research results indicate that the dimensions of product quality have a positive influence on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously.
